The machine body is solid and vibration-free and has a fixed working height, 

i.e. the machine is a linear machine. 

The infeed table is precision-manufactured and specially ground to be perfectly flat. 

Thickness adjustment is made via the machine's control panel (located on the front wall of the machine) with an operating switch. 

A fine adjustment switch and a digital measuring display with an accuracy of 0.1 mm help with precise adjustment. 

The working thickness is monitored by an emergency stop bar at the front of the machine, 

which stops the machine (and raises the units) if the sanding piece is too thick. 

The sanding belt length of the machines is 2,620 mm (low sanding belt costs and long service life).

The TP-32 segment sanding pad is an electronically controlled and divided pneumatic segment sanding unit. 

In the unit, the sanding pressure is distributed evenly across the entire sanding piece and the pressure can be adjusted from the machine's control panel

The segment control system ensures the feed rates, taking into account the front and rear ends of the workpieces as well as both workpiece edges. 

The width of the segment unit is 32 mm and the width of the beam segment of the rail is 32 mm. 

The sanding mat can be quickly removed from the device for cleaning and maintenance. 

The COSTA segment sanding pad requires only minimal maintenance. 

The length of the sanding belt is 2620 mm and the motor power can be selected when ordering. 

The device has a safety brake and pneumatic sanding belt tensioning. 

The oscillation of the sanding belt is controlled automatically. 

The height of the saddle unit is adjusted manually using a precise micrometre scale. 

The degree of hardness of the segment unit can be precisely adjusted to the respective task via the sanding pressure.
