The high-quality automatic sprayer from GIARDINA is manufactured with the versatile needs of users (painters, varnishers, stainers, etc.) in mind.

The efficient automatic machine consists of a self-cleaning carpet conveyor, 

a fast-moving traverse, CNC control units and air filtration/circulation systems. 

The main advantages of the machine are:. Reliable, patented collection/recycling system for small and medium sized materials, 

equipped with a versatile and fast painting system

- Wide carpet for maximum recovery (1800 mm). Quick change system for synthetic and reinforced carpet

- the distance between the traverses is approx. 1800 mm

- Scrape off colour residues from the carpet, even without solvent

- The usable working width of the machine is 1300 mm

- STAR linear guides and servo control for the traverse

The self-cleaning lining mat equipment consists of reinforcing structures made of a 1800 mm wide plastic mat (double-layer nylon structure + steel reinforcements). 

The surface layer of the carpet is coated with a solvent-resistant material that also makes the carpet

electrostatically free. The mat has guiding elements (vulcanised rubber) to ensure that it stays securely in place. Patented mat

On the infeed side of the machine there is a short roller conveyor on which the piece reading device is installed. 

(i.e. the machine's own conveyor belt is a so-called shortened version and the ‘intermediate conveyor belt’ between the sander and the sprayer has been extended accordingly).

On the output side of the machine there is a 1300 mm long roller conveyor with a rotating part for cleaning the scrapers. 

The machine is designed for water-based and solvent-based PK substances.
