to the demands of straight-line edging::- for pencil edge work- for flat edge work- for OG work- for decorative profile work (waterfall, etc.)in accordance with the type of profile wheels used.

The Zafferani range of edgers, subdivided into four groups (from 2 to 6 wheels), covers the complete range of production requirements.

DESIGN FEATURES

- Glass direction: from left to right

- Glass thickness: from 3 to 22 mm (1/8”-7/8”)in accordance with the model

- Working speed: 0.5 to 4 m/min(20-160”/min in accordance with the model, with inverter controlled speed adjustment

on the Master models.

- Central Conveyor Transport: self-oiling steel chains along tempered precision ground guide rails

- Conveyor pads: steel pads with oil

-resistant vulcanized rubber surfacing with water

- stainless steel water tanks with full access from the rear for quick wheel changing
